Couples Group (9-sessions)

 

Learn the foundation of mindfulness and meditation in this intimate and adults-only setting.   Meditation and mindfulness improve your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, improve emotional intelligence, focus, emotional control, while at the same time cultivating greater peace, joy, and appreciation for your life. Learn alongside other couples who are interested in deepening their self-awareness, as well as their connection with their partner.

 

Classes run 3x a month for 3-months.  Space is limited to 5 couples.

Price per couple: $900.  Reserve now.

 

Spring ~ March-May:  

First three Tuesday of each month from 7:00-8:15 pm

 

Summer ~ June-July (6-sessions only): 

First three Tuesdays for two months from 7:00-8:15 pm 

 

Fall ~ September-November: 

First three Tuesday of each month from 6:00-7:15 pm

 

Winter 2020 ~ January-March: 

First three Tuesday of each month from 7:00-8:15 pm

 

 

Lunchtime Group (9-sessions)

 

Learn the foundation of mindfulness and meditation in this intimate and adults-only setting.   Meditation and mindfulnes improve your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, improve emotional intelligence, focus, emotional control, while at the same time cultivating greater peace, joy, and appreciation for your life. Learn alongside other adults who are interested in deepening their self-awareness and life-satisfaction.

 

This class builds over the 9-sessions leaving you with the solid foundation of practice and appreciation for the powerful positive effect you can have on your peace of mind. 

 

Classes run 3x a month for 3-months.  Space is limited to 10 people.
