A Special Recording for You! 

During this unprecedented time of change and uncertainty, stress can become overwhelming affecting both our mind and body.  This 10-minute guided audio recording (found at bottom of page) is intended to help you identify where your body is holding stress so that you can help release it.  Sometimes just recognizing where we are holding stress is enough to begin the release process.  This recording will also help guide your mind to become more present, in this moment now.  By following along with the guided exercise and gently bringing your attention back to the recording if you get distracted, you can re-center your mind in the peace of the moment, away from the worrisome thoughts of the future or past.  When we learn to do this, even for a few moments, it brings relief to our minds and awareness.  The more present in the moment our minds become, the deeper our mental, emotional peace and clarity can become.  Try it for yourself and see.  


This can be used any time (except while driving!), but you might consider trying this in the morning before you start your day, or in the early evening.  Sitting in a chair will help you stay alert, or trying this laying down may help you relax and fall asleep. 


This recording was inspired by the extraordinary school teachers, administrators, staff, students, and families that I have the honor to work with during this time.  I hope you enjoy this; it was made for you!
